New flights from Novosibirsk by Angara airlines
Starting from October 27, 2014, Angara Airlines, the partner of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport, commences direct scheduled flight operations from Novosibirsk to Khanty-Mansiysk, Bratsk and Khabarovsk.
Flights to Khanty-Mansiysk will be operated two times per week by Flight 771/772. Flights on Novosibirsk – Bratsk – Khabarovsk – Bratsk – Novosibirsk route will be operated once per week by Flight 797/798.
Flights will be operated on a new An-148-100E aircraft. October 14, 2014, the airline received the fourth aircraft An-148-100E, the first three aircraft of this type were obtained by the airline in 2012.
Thus the total number of flights from Novosibirsk to Khanty-Mansiysk increases up to three times per week, to Khabarovsk – up to 15 times per week. Now passengers of Novosibirsk Tolmachevo airport have an alternative possibility to fly to Khabarovsk not only on direct flights, but also with a stopover in Bratsk at advantageous transfer fare. Novosibirsk – Khanty-Mansiysk – Novosibirsk flight is subsidized and is included in the Federal regional transportation subsidy program (RF Government Resolution of 25 December 2013 № 1242).

NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, while the international terminal capacity – up to 750 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO I and II Categories. In 2013 the passenger traffic exceeded 3.7 mln passengers and cargo traffic totalled 29.9 thousand tons of cargo and mail handled. In 2014 the airport expects to serve 4.2 mln passengers and handle over 32 thousand tons of cargo and mail.
