For passengers’ attention: a single call number of the airport Tolmachevo Call Center

Novosibirsk International airport  informs passengers and customers about putting into operation a single multichannel call center number +7 (383) 216-99-99.

The airport call center provides its passengers with all necessary information about flight schedule, contact details, ticket prices, baggage transportation rules, etc.

Moreover, the shipment tracking service is now available for the customers of Tolmachevo Cargo freight terminal as well as the price list of cargo handling at the terminal. The call center operates both in the incoming as well as outgoing mode: now customers of the cargo terminal are able to receive notifications about the shipments handled via SMS or voice messages at the stationary phone.

NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, while the international terminal capacity – up to 750 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO CAT I and CAT II. In 2013 the passenger traffic exceeded 3.7 mln passengers and cargo traffic totalled 29.9 thousand tons of cargo and mail handled. In 2014 the airport expects to serve 4.2 mln passengers and handle over 32 thousand tons of cargo and mail.
