Cooperation with the base airline S7 Airlines on cargo transportation by passenger aircraft is expanding.
To develop and support the plans of air carriers, the airport shareholders decided to expand the cargo terminal. “Due to the increased activity of partners, it is extremely important to develop the airfield infrastructure, its compliance with the modern requirements of airlines, — said the General Director of JSC Tolmachevo Evgeniy Yankilevich. — The preservation of Federal funding for the reconstruction of the airport, the construction of additional Parking spaces for wide-body cargo aircraft will make it possible to fully use the transport and logistics potential of the Novosibirsk region. It will also allow implementing the project of the Silk Road Air route in Russia for the economic development of the country on a global scale.”
