Tolmachevo Airport received the certificate in compliance of requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015

Tolmachevo Airport completed certification audit for compliance of quality management system with the requirements of the international standard. Certificate confirmed that Tolmachevo Airport uses the quality management system in the field of passenger and baggage services, which meets international requirements.

The auditors of the Russian branch of DQS organization identified several strengths of quality management system of JSC "Tolmachevo Airport" in the verification process: upgrading and rehabilitation of productive capacities, orientation towards the latest technology.

In addition, the experts noted the high level of interest of the airport management on the introduction of new solutions, allocation of resources, motivation of staff, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system.

The certified quality management system is an indicator of the Tolmachevo Airport’s high-level organization of production activities and the quality of the services provided; it allows increasing the investment attractiveness of the airport, improving the enterprise's image among foreign and Russian partners.

NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport (Tolmachevo) is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, while the international terminal capacity – up to 1300 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO I and II Categories.
