New Subsidized Route from Novosibirsk to Kogalym
From August 20, 2017 Angara Airlines, the partner of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport, will carry out flights to Kogalym on Sundays. The flights will be operated on An-148-100 aircraft, accommodating 75 passengers.

Tolmachevo airport continue to participate in the program of subsidized regional flights under the Government of the Russian Federation Decree No. 1242.
The program acts from January 1 to December 31, 2017. Within the framework of state support, flights between Novosibirsk - Baikit, Gorno-Altaisk, Kogalym, Nizhnevartovsk, Novy Urengoy, Noyabrsk, Strezhevoi, Surgut, Tomsk and Khanty-Mansiysk are serviced now by S7 Airlines, KrasAvia, Angara Airlines, NordStar, Siberian Light Aviation (SILA) and UTair.
NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport (Tolmachevo) is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, while the international terminal capacity – up to 1300 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO I and II Categories. In 2016 passenger traffic of the airport exceeded the mark of 4 million passengers.
Angara Airlines belongs to one of the major regional air carriers in East Siberia which provides regular passenger flights within the Irkutsk region and the Siberian Federal District as well as operates charter flights in the whole territory of Russia. The company was established in 2000, it is a member of Eastland group of companies. The airline’s fleet comprises An-148, An-24, An-26-100, An-2 aircraft and Mi-8 helicopters of various modifications.
