On vacation tour with Tolmachevo Catering

Tolmachevo Catering LLC, a flight catering facility of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport, engages more regular clients and expands meals delivery. Starting from August 1, 2013, the enterprise commenced providing meal services for I Fly airlines.

I Fly air company performs charter flights from Novosibirsk to the popular resort centers such as Antalya and Dalaman (Turkey), Heraklion (Greece) and Bangkok (Thailand). All flights are operated on Boeing 757-200 aircraft designed for transportation of 221 economy class passengers.

Tolmachevo Catering was launched on December 20, 2012. For seven months’ period, the enterprise started providing meal services for UTair, Ural airlines, Nordwind Airlines, IKAR, Ukraine International Airlines as well as for certain flights of S7 Airlines departing from Novosibirsk. Quality of the service provided was also highly appreciated by cargo airlines’ crew members having tech-stops via Novosibirsk.

Tolmachevo Catering LLC is a joint project of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport and a leading global manufacturer and operator in the field of flight catering – LSG Lufthansa Service Europa/Afrika GmbH (LSG Sky Chefs). Catering facility is equipped with modern high-tech units including deep freezing refrigeration chambers which allow storage of ingredients up to 6 months, and Blast chillers which keep taste and quality of prepared meals. The current nominal capacity of the facility makes up 3,000 meals per day, and in the long term can be extended up to 5,000. The menu includes dishes of various world cuisines as well as special meals: vegetarian, low-calorie, children’s and others.

I Fly is the Russian charter airline established in 2009. Currently, the company provided transportation services of over 1.5 million passengers. Most flights are traded by TEZ-TOUR tour operator. The airline’s fleet comprises five Boeing 757-200 and two Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The company performs flights from the Central region of Russia, Siberia and the Urals to the countries of Europe, Asia and Africa. Future plans of the airline include to extend its flight geography as well as the company’s staff do their best in order to provide comfortable flights to its clients.
