New Flights to Talakan by Angara Airlines

July 20, 2015, Angara Airlines, the partner of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport, commences direct scheduled flight operations from Novosibirsk to Talakan, The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).



Flights are operated two times per week on comfortable An-148 aircraft in 75 seats configuration. Flights are operated under the government subsidy program for regional routes.


NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, while the international terminal capacity – up to 750 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO I and II Categories. In 2014 the passenger traffic exceeded 3.9mln passengers and cargo traffic totalled 28.6 thousand tons of cargo and mail handled.

Angara Airlines belongs to one of the major regional air carriers in East Siberia which provides regular passenger flights within the Irkutsk region and the Siberian Federal District as well as operates charter flights in the whole territory of Russia. The company was established in 2000, it is a member of Eastland group of companies. The airline’s fleet comprises An-148, An-24, An-26-100, An-2 aircraft and Mi-8 helicopters of various modifications.
